Visiting this site

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no ads. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, not from Google or other third parties.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). To deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the time of the request. This is necessary to run the site (legitimate interest).

Email sign-up

If you sign up for the newsletter or for an unlock notification, I store your email address, the date of sign-up and confirmation, and where you signed up (for example the kit page). I use it only to send you the newsletter and the notifications you asked for, never for anything else, and I never sell or share it.

Sign-up uses double opt-in: you only get emails after you confirm with the link in the first email. Legal basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to me. After you unsubscribe you get no more emails, and on request I delete your data completely.

The list is managed with Kit (kit.com, USA). Kit stores the addresses on my behalf and sends the emails. Kit may record whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, which helps me see which kits are useful. Data transferred to the USA is covered by Kit's data processing agreement (EU standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can ask what data I have about you, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to info@sangeeths.ai. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
